Payment Troubleshooting

If you encounter an error message stating "Transaction cannot be processed" during checkout, please contact your bank to authorize the transaction.

Charging Your Card

Upon placing your order, your card will be charged according to the amount and currency of your order. In the event that your order is cancelled, we will immediately refund the charged amount. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to reflect back on your bank statement.
