30 day return policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Item(s) must be sent back in original/sale-able condition. the item(s) must be unharmed, not worn, unaltered, and free from any odors. Item(s) must be in original packaging, with tags still attached.
If item(s) do not fit these requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at his/her expense. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in sale-able condition.
Allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be reflected on your bank history.
Customers are responsible for returns at their cost.
We do not offer credit notes, and all refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. No exceptions.
All sales are final on all sale items.
Please allow 7 - 14 days for your order to be shipped.
Please be aware all international orders (outside u.s.a) may be subject to sales tax, import duties and custom charges at the receiver's expense. this rate is determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Roberto Caldin is not liable to refund any shipping costs unless the order is canceled before the order is shipped.
